Partner, Process Optimization and Digitalization

Siemens Global Business Services is looking for a customer-centric leader, who is excited to drive profitable growth by leading a set of consulting and solutions design practices for Process Optimization and Digitalization (POD). The POD teams are the core element of GBS’ go-to-market strategy. To accomplish profitable growth, the ideal candidate develops a customer-centric growth strategy for the POD teams together with a clear roadmap, actions, and results. Finally, the role leverages a global setup of various highly scalable digital platforms and resources to accomplish growth. 

You will be responsible for customer relationships with our key partners at CxO executive levels to establish a thriving partnership and generate profitable growth for Process Optimization and Digitalization. You and your team will be leveraging and collaborating through a sophisticated network of the front office, back office, and vendor operations to deliver process assessments and process digitalization. As a core member of the regional GBS leadership team for North America, you will be responsible for local POD customer relations, project portfolio growth, and collaboration across the leadership team.

In this leading-edge role, you will:

  • Develop and implement a customer-centric POD Sales strategy and process for internal and external customers. Sharpen value proposition to improve reach and scalability.
  • Coordinate POD practices, methodology, and approach across various business lines with the vision of growing a top-notch customer-facing team for process consulting and digitalization.
  • Drive profitable growth for POD: Top-Line, profitability, savings contributions, and utilization
  • Ensure perfect project handoff of automation to operations and seamless collaboration with IT Service providers to secure customer acceptance.
  • Lead and inspire a team of practice leaders, who are highly talented and fast-paced. Facilitate the determination of the right split of citizen developers and business analysts between POD and IT service providers to ensure agile and fast delivery of projects and associated benefits.

Your qualifications and skills include:

  • Executive presence and experience
  • BS/BA in a related discipline, advanced degree a plus
  • Ten plus years of experience in a customer-centric growth strategy role, creating roadmaps, actions, and results using digital platforms and resources to accomplish growth.
  • Pricing and quoting of process consulting and service solutions in RFP settings including business terms and collaboration with legal.
  • Strong listener, global collaborator, communicator, and influencer
  • Proven track record of hiring, inspiring and developing top talent.
  • Ability to think in scalable service solutions and platforms. Connect with service providers to align on how to build/configure, scale platforms, and deliver customer-centric service solutions on time, in scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborating across a global team of stakeholders, local customers, and global value partners.
